Homemade Italian Sausage Recipe 6 lbs ground pork (Costco) 1 cup red wine 5 teaspoons (ground) fennel seed 1/4 cup dried parsely flakes 1/8 cup italian herbs 2 & 1/2 teaspoons chipotple chili powder 2 tablespoons smoked paprika 2 tablespoons red pepper flakes 1 tablespoon salt 3 tablespoons ground black pepper 5 cloves of garlic (minced) Form into patties and freeze overnight Makes 15 - 20 hamberger size sausage patties
